Refund Policy
SupaFitGrow does not offer refunds for any of our services. All sales are final.
Shipping/Delivery Policy
Our services are fully digital and delivered as follows:
- SaaS Products: Delivered within 48 hours of payment.
- Marketing/Digital Advertising Services: Delivered within 7-10 business days of agreement finalization.
- Delivery channels include email and Meta platforms. For any issues accessing purchased services, please contact us at hello@supaFitGrow.io.
Return Policy
SupaFitGrow does not accept returns for digital services. However:
- Store credit may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the partnership contract or agreement at the time of commencement. Outside of these agreements:
- Cancellation Notice: A 30-day written cancellation notice is required.
- Process: To cancel, customers must:
- Contact their assigned account manager.
- Complete the required cancellation form.
- Participate in an offboarding call to ensure a smooth transition.
Note: No refunds are provided for canceled services.
